Founded by three food lovers who grew up swapping recipe cards at grandma’s kitchen table, Passed Down Plates is more than a website: it’s a community where your great-great-grandmother’s pie recipe can inspire someone halfway around the world.

Matthew grew up in a family of bakers and loves turning grandma’s sourdough starter into fresh loaves every Sunday. He is inspired by the family recipes he sees in cookbooks, and wishes that others can experience these types of dishes as well.
